Get stuff done and feel less stressed
Online ADHD Coaching for Adults
Struggling to get things done? Feeling overwhelmed by everyday tasks that seem to come so easily to everyone else?
You’re not alone, and there’s nothing wrong with you.
Whether you have an ADHD diagnosis, suspect you might have ADHD, or simply find yourself constantly battling to stay on top of life’s demands, I’m here to help.
I’m Olis, and together we’ll figure out practical solutions that actually work for your unique brain and your real life.
Every brain is different. There are no one-size-fits-all solutions, and I won’t give you generic tips you’ve probably already found online. Instead, we’ll chat in detail about how your life works, and together, we’ll figure out some things to try. We need to find the specific combination of things that will work for you.
There’s nothing wrong with you, and you don’t need me to fix you. I don’t want to try and make you more neurotypical – we’re all different and great in our own ways. It’s not about willpower and discipline or trying to be someone you’re not. It’s about setting your life up so that it works for you.
I help you see the wood for the trees. When everything feels urgent and overwhelming, I’ll help you zoom out and figure out what’s really essential. Then we’ll work out the most effective actions to move you toward what you actually want.
This isn’t therapy. We focus on practical, actionable solutions that you can implement in your real life. Simple changes that make a big difference, without requiring superhuman discipline or completely changing who you are.
I listen. A lot. I ask questions and listen more until I have a deep understanding of what you want and what you’re struggling with. No assumptions, no generic frameworks – just getting to know how your unique brain works.
Using my big picture perspective, we’ll identify the most important areas where small changes could make the biggest difference in your life. Rather than trying to fix everything at once, we focus on what matters most.
Together, we brainstorm creative solutions for these key areas. You tell me what you think will and won’t work about my ideas, and we go back and forth until we have strategies you actually want to try.
You try out the ideas, and at the next session, you tell me what worked and what didn’t. We learn from what didn’t work and come up with new approaches. If something is resolved, we move on to the next priority.
We deal with whatever comes up, adjust strategies as needed, and keep building on what works. If something consistently isn’t working, we dig deeper and try a completely different approach.

Each 1 hour session is $160.
If you can’t afford that fee, please don’t feel like this isn’t for you. Everyone should be able to access the support they need. Let’s have a chat to see if we can work something out.
It varies completely based on your goals and situation. Some people see significant improvements in just a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing support. We’ll check in regularly about what’s working and adjust as needed. There’s no pressure to commit to a specific timeframe.
Unfortunately, as of October 2024, the NDIS does not fund coaching services. However, if you’re employed, you may be eligible for the Employment Assistance Fund (EAF) – up to $1,642 annually for workplace coaching. You could also ask your employer about funding through workplace accommodations or professional development budgets.
You should check with your health insurer, but coaching generally isn’t covered since it’s not medical treatment. However, I do offer sliding scale pricing because I believe everyone deserves support regardless of their financial situation.
Coaching can be tax deductible when it’s primarily for improving work performance, you should check with your accountant.
All sessions are pre-paid, I will send you an invoice or you can register your credit card if you would like it to be paid automatically.
There are no refunds, but if you give me 24 hours notice we can reschedule the session.
This is practical coaching focused on solving current challenges. I’m not a health professional – I won’t diagnose, prescribe medication, or delve into childhood issues. We focus on practical solutions for your current situation and how to make your life work better right now.
For example, if you’re feeling anxious about your overflowing inbox, I’ll help you with practical strategies for managing your emails – but I won’t work directly with the anxiety itself, which would be a therapist’s role.
ADHD coaching can work really well alongside therapy. If you’d like to do that, or you think therapy might be more appropriate for you, my partner Anine over at Ginger Cat Counselling loves working with nuerodiverse folks.
There could be many reasons why previous experiences didn’t work – sometimes it’s about timing, sometimes it’s about fit between the approach and what you needed, sometimes it’s just not the right person.
My approach focuses on practical, day-to-day solutions tailored specifically to how your life works. We experiment together to find what actually works for you. If you’ve tried other things before, that experience isn’t wasted – we can talk about what felt helpful and what didn’t, and use that to guide what we try.
If previous experiences didn’t work, it doesn’t mean you can’t get the support you need – it might just mean you haven’t found the right approach yet.
That’s totally normal! Some suggestions will work, and some won’t. There’s no judgment – we learn from what doesn’t work and try different approaches. It’s all part of finding what works for your unique situation.
No, I don’t work with children as an ADHD coach. I do tutor teenagers over at Big Picture Tutoring though.
Not at all. You don’t need a diagnosis, and you don’t even need to think you have ADHD. If you struggle with getting things done or it makes you feel stressed and frustrated, I’m here to help.
I completely understand that preference – lived experience is really valuable. While I don’t have ADHD, I do have extensive experience with the ADHD community. My partner has ADHD, many of my tutoring students are neurodiverse, and I worked in disability support for over a decade.
What I bring is an outside perspective and a brain that’s good at seeing patterns and big-picture connections. When you’re managing daily ADHD challenges, it can be hard to step back and see what’s most important to focus on first. I can help you identify those key areas where small changes might make the biggest difference.
If you’d prefer to work with someone who has ADHD, I respect that choice.
I don’t have formal coaching qualifications. When I looked into them, I couldn’t find any that seemed like they would add to what I already bring from my teaching background and experience working with neurodiverse people. My approach is very much about listening to each person individually rather than applying set frameworks.
I’m also not an ADHD expert and I won’t try to explain the disorder to you or recommend medications. I’m not a health professional. What I am good at is practical problem-solving and helping people figure out systems that work for their real life. If you need medical advice or want to understand ADHD itself, you should seek appropriate professional support.
I bring experience from multiple areas: over a decade in disability support, 8 years as a qualified teacher running Big Picture Tutoring, and doctoral research that’s given me extensive training in problem-solving and creating structure from scratch. I’ve been applying all of this to ADHD coaching with adults for the past 2 years.
I am located in Melbourne, Australia. All sessions are online.
We meet on Zoom from wherever you’re comfortable. Many people find it easier than traveling to appointments, and you’re in your own space where you feel relaxed. I’ve been doing online sessions for years – it works really well.
While my preference is being able to see you and there are some useful tools in Zoom, I’m happy to work with whatever makes you comfortable.
This form is just for new clients – I’ve you’ve had a session with me before please contact me to make a time.
If none of the session times work for you, or you want to discuss a sliding scale price, please contact me
